PRINCIPAL/INTERIOR DESIGNER
Patrick Pan
Patrick Pan moved to the U.S. pursuing his masters in finance at NYU in 2005. After working for a financial services company for 6 years he found that his true interest is in residential construction. In 2016 Patrick earned his interior design degree . Patrick is keen on contemporary, modern and transitional style of design and travels to LA, Seattle and New York frequently to attend design conferences and to stay on top of current trends.

Daniel Leyshon
Daniel G. Leyshon, was raised in South Denver and attended Colorado State University. Dan has nearly 40 year’s of experience in the construction industry, as a craftsman, supervisor, project manager and owner. Dan takes pride in every home he builds and is on site daily ensuring the highest quality and timeliness. Dan’s intimate knowledge of the technical aspects of home building, scheduling, managing subcontractors, controlling budgets as well as computer design provide a gratifying experience for our clients.
FRAMER/CARPENTER
Moris Cornejo
Over 26 years of experience in framing and carpentry. Moris can craft and frame any project client throws at him in a timely manner.
SUPERINTENDENT
Tyler Feldhaus
Tyler Feldhaus have been in the construction business since high school with remodeling basements, bathrooms, and kitchens but concentrated on framing for the last 5 years. He has worked on many projects from houses to decks to sheds to fences. Tyler is also very skilled with interior and exterior trim along with tile and flooring. He enjoys working with his hands and creating spaces that people can love forever.
